Right next to Wignham High Water cache are 3 tank reservoirs for the town of Wingham. One of these (pictured) is almost entirely underground with only the roof and last metre or so of tank showing. It would appear to be the oldest and perhaps original tank, now suppliemented by the the other 2 above ground ones as the town expanded. Cheers!
