I feel almost guilty saying how exceptional this event was knowing there are others who would have loved to come but couldn't. But it was FABULOUS! You all reeeeallly missed it!

As we were FTF, we felt we have nothing to prove in the placings and had SUCH a great time. The hunt part was the perfect length of time, leaving plenty of time for the munch aspects to catch up with old friends and to get to know some of our new friends better.

Dare I ask: does the trophy have room for another team name next year (and the year following that. . .)? I don't care if I ever win it, I just want to do it again! We all had so much fun, I heard more than one person saying 'next year. . .'.

Special mention should go to CarrollEyre, who were caching for the first time with a GPSr (which they'd only 'met' moments before heading off), in a state they haven't lived in long, in a town they'd only been to once or twice, and after already accomplising the momentus task of getting 4 children organised so they could leave home by 6.30 AM. You pass; you're mad enough to be a Tassie cacher!
