Logs for *swimbikerun* 

I had the old cache saved to my wanted list only to find it had been archived. So I went about finding the old cache details and manually downloaded the gpx. File.Headed out for an adventure with my 5 year old son and dog not expecting to find what I thought was an archived cache. It wasnt until I had the cache in hand and checked the name of it that I realised it was a replacement!The boy enjoyed the walk and thankfully we had a torch. (Not sure if the dog knew what was going on). We continued exploring down stream until we got to what looked like an old no trespassing sign before deciding to turn back.TFTC. I will add a favorite point and yes we definitely got wet feet!

Great spot to explore the rockpools. The caches log is soaked so unable to sign 

Found quickly but feel like ws out of where it should of been? Tucked back away to where thought it should be but maybe needs maintainence? Hot and dry out here today- thanks for the cache

Been eyeing this cache up for a while. Such a cool place to explore. Went via the creekbed for the full experience. Doesnt look like any bait in the station. Tftc 

Took a wrong turn while heading for D8 and decided to keep going for this cache. Fun walk in an area i would never have found. Dog and daughter had fun walking through creek

This took a good 20mins or more to find. Gps bounces around and the hiding places are numerous. Maybe a quick find if lucky to left the right shrub

Didnt see the stream on the way in so went looking in all sorts of places because the compass wasnt accurate. Located the stream and found resonably quickly. Tftc 

Quiet evening find. Very fiddly to get to log. Watch your step as a couple of dead birds around. Took the dog for a look at the top, thanks for bringing us here  

Thanks for cache log is dry but everything else in container is wet. Great spot for the dog to have a run around too 

First time walking up the track. Usually bike up the other way. Tftc. Kids enjoyed 

This one took a while. Like everyone else seemed to be i was on the wrong side. Found it by reading some old logs

Been living in porirua for a while now and didn't know this place even existed. Tftc 

Gps was a bit off so i went looking i went looking in the wrong place. Quick find once i looked in the obvious place 

A fun cache. Scoped it out by myself and decided to come back with a spotter...just in case. Just tall enough to get to the first branch. Cache was in good condition. 

20mins up 20mins down. The cache was waterlogged. Need a new logbook its too wet to write in. It took a bit of looking but its still there. 

Once i saw what it was we knew straight away what to do 

Made that way harder than it needed to be. Read the wrong description and bush bashed my way up instead of following the track-do not recommend especially with a five year old. Cache was hard to find very overgrown and wet. Nearly gave up. Moved the cache out of its overgrown patch of grass to the place on the hint.

Great climb for 5 year old. Took the hard way up and back, should of had a look at the map in the car park before we took off. Great adventure thanks for cache
