Logs for 23cents

16-Jan-04
Found the cache on a hot day in the sun. Required the clue to find it as I couldn't seem to get a bearing read out with the Etrax Legend and we had no compass.

Forgot to bring swaps from the car, so no swaps but logged the find.

The box seems to be wearing, it does not seal air tight but this shouldn't be too much of a problem as everything is in plastic bags.

Thanks for the nice walk.

PS Spent 10min afterwards pulling prickles from our socks

Found today 8:45pm. After miss counting the palm trees (assumed there was one less then required...thought the last palm tree was not in the specifed arc, much debate over this still continues Smile

Looks like a great place for a walk. Took nothing, partner left 5cents.

That was a great walk through a beautiful park. After driving all day across Melbourne it was great to stretch our legs. We found the cache without too much of a problem.

Swapped nothing.

This was our first ever cache and was great fun. We at first thought there were others after the cache as it was raining and why else would another couple be out wandering in the park but it turned out they were just looking for a romantic quiet spot Smile

Thanks for the great cache. We didn't have anything small enough to fit so we swapped nothing, but did write in the log. We found it in 5minutes but spent 10minutes trying to put the contents back into the container.

Cheers
