Logs for Arkaroo 

Leaving Canberra with Chinese meat dumplings from the lady_YY, thought to have a stop at a cache to eat them. Heavy rain just starting, got a bit wet. Took the cache to the car to keep it dry while signing it. The Arkaroo. 

Yesterday night, after arriving in Brisbane and good dinner in chinatown, thought I go for a quick one just around 200 m from the hotel. When approaching the building from the street behind, it started raining cats and dogs! Fortunately, there was that covered staircase going up to the plaza, but even the spraywater was wetting. Waited a few mins - even too wet to pass the 20 m through the rain in order to reach that little cafe. OK, at some stage I said, I go, and took the shower. Security cameras around. Found the garden, the white gravel - everything, but where the hell was Frank? 20 mins, gave up - very wet! This morning, came back for a coffee breakfast - hmm, good latte, and sunshine! Found Frank quickly - and another guy. Touched 10 m along, and there it was - well done, mate! My first in QLD and my first in a city!
 

Looks, like October, 17 was a busy day! Almost thought, I need to crawl through the water. lady_YY and The Arkaroo. 

Saw the Pie shop the day before. This time, late afternoon, sun was low already. The wattle has overgrown the stone; but still there. Was good to take it out for drying after heavy rain 2 days before. lady_YY enjoyed the company. The Arkaroo.
