MBWNZ101 and I were out to find the last of the modern wonders we needed - hunted around but only one thing seemed out of place... couldn't actually find the cache though!
MBWNZ101 was ready to give up, but perseverance is key!
Turned out my hunch was right and there were are!

Decided to take an afternoon walk on this breezy but otherwise warm evening, and find one of the last few caches that have remained out of reach for me in Hobsonville.
Please feel free to read between the lines of my following story.
Quickly made it to the GZ and spent about 5 minutes looking around me for any sign of tampering/geo-cache trickery, but no luck!
Was on the fence about giving up, but no! I could do this! And then it dawned - I did a full 180 - what about everything I have learned in my few years/120 finds? I went back to my roots, and presto, there it was, no mistake! There it was in my hot little hands.
But then there was the challenge of extracting the log - luckily I was able to use my not at all extensive knowledge of the building industry to problem solve, and give it a try. Two words: nailed it!

Another brilliant hide by the G-2 team!
Was a bit of a challenge getting to the right spot but as soon as I noticed something a little out of place, I had it in my hands!
Quite embarrassed i didn't spot it the first time I looked for this one, given my line of work.
Definitely deserves a favourite point.

Saw this one appear on the Adventure Lab yesterday so thought we would give it a go! Nice and easy, with a lovely walk around Hobsonville.

Log is full and I didn't have a replacement log sorry
Had to sign my name on the heading at the top.

First ever adventure lab - had to complete over two separate days thanks to lovely Auckland weather!
Completed the Lab nice and quickly otherwise - managed to make our way to the GZ, but totally over thought it.

Wow - first G-2 find and I am absolutely blown away. This is by the far the cleverest cache I have ever seen! Thank you so much for the cache - definitely warrants a favourite.

Went looking in early August but had no luck thanks to Muggle presence. Tried again today when taking MBWNZ101 on the local Adventure Lab. We were about to give up once again - then I decided to check one more place and voila!

Really appreciating being able to get out and find some caches now that Auckland is back to Alert Level 2!
Have had many a wander around my local Hobsonville but never even noticed this cache before. Great way to wind down after a busy work day, before dinner and rain!

Stopped in when leaving Dunedin after a family visit. Police officer walked past just after I had put it back so thought I had been rumbled - didn't have to worry though! TFTC
