Found with Bus catchers, Stellarscapes, Pirates of Colombia, Wizard1626, Linda.cache, Granny545, Scarlet Witch, PTBilly and Bear Scout Mama. We are all visiting DC from Pennsylvania and New Jersey area. We had a nice ride into the city on a bus chartered by Bear Scout Mama. We got to DC fairly early. We were very surprised to see what the thing was. We only got one picture.
