This cache was bought to my attention by HV56YYD who went to visit my sister out in WA.

I have had it on my watchlist since then and the DNF logs have kept me chuckling. Can this cache reallky be that hard to get? I will have to start saving the pennies to visit my sister and I will make a visit to this cache.
