Difficult find as there is no longer a mill!!! But after searching in the dark with flashlights saw a 'hoop' and looked somewhere I wasn't expecting and found it!!! Tyftc
Let my geobuddy look for this one. Took him ages and once he gave up I took over and found it straight away

Went with kerrywinder who couldn't find it. After reading the hint and having a think i realised where abouts it should be and we found it!
