This is the Rio Vista bridge which spans the Sacramento River at Rio Vista - it lifts and allows ocean freightors to pass thru on their way to Sacramento - which is a deep water port in the middle of California
This is the 3 mile slough bridge - it spans - obviously 3 Mile slough which is man made connection between the Sacramento and San Joaquin rivers in N. Cal

This tower is located in Brentwood CA (N. Cal - not the one OJ made famous)and would be classified as a plain jane tower. It seems to double as a cell phone antenna farm.
