Wet ride from Taupo to the falls through the forest but a nice distance there and back for the young cachers. Been here a few times and it’s always mesmerising to see the power and beautiful colour.

Nice quick find after a bit of COVID-19 alert level 4 economy boosting. TFTC.

We’ve had a great day exploring. TFTC

Found, but only just. Cache in dire need of maintenance, looks like it’s been crushed and ‘log’ in a bad way. TFTC

What an amazing place, we’ve had a great time exploring the island and love these tunnels. TFTC, favourite point on its way.

16-Mar-19
What a great spot. TFTC.

25-Jan-19
Loved it, and a beautiful part of Hobart. We’ve signed up.

All the best to the Locals, the SES, the Firefighters and Ambulance officers dealing with the bush fires In Tasmania. 37 deg in Hobart and the sky looks apocalyptic with the smoke.

20-Jan-19
First cache in Tasmania. Beautiful morning before continuing on our loop of the island. TFTC.

28-Dec-18
Beautiful Central Otago day, and nice spot.

23-Sep-18
Great wee hidden spot. Definitely worth a favourite.

Sneaky little hide, but trusted the GPSR and soon found it.

19-Jun-18
WA tick. TFTC

26-Jan-18
Nice cache, and beautiful walk. We took two attempts after scurrying home before a mid-day thunder storm caught us out on our first visit. Returned for a second attempt with my Garmin GPSr and found quickly with increased confidence in the coordinates. Thanks for the sneaky hide.

05-Oct-17
Beautiful walk up from the beach on a steamy 30 degree morning. A bit of work under way on the path but I think I have everything I need for this cache.

07-Jul-17
Nice quick find, helped by my two Geo assistants. Surry Hill such a nice Sydney neighbourhood to mooch around in.

21-Apr-17
Our wee cacher loves the wombat. Beaut spot and the rain keeping the muggles inside.

27-Dec-16
Great location, and very colourful.
TFTC.. needs a bit of maintenance as the lid is broken.

It's been a while since I've been up here, very nice with the new bridge. Quick cache with the girls.

06-Jan-13
Nice hot Central Otago day, quickly found cache and ensured my 3 year old daughter was safely secured and within reach as there is quite a significant drop from GZ. Also noted the lid of the cache is cracked and some moisture has found its way in. Managed to dry out contents quite a bit and used the hot rocks to dry out the log somewhat. Re-stashed and placed cache upside down to minimize the potential of rain ingress.
No sign of the "SixHix's July 2008 Geocoin" or any other trackables?

Averted a dreadful disaster, by realising before making it back to the car, that I hadn't recorded the required code to enable me to complete the series, so quickly scrambled back for it.
TFTC.

This is an amazing spot, and I love that Geocaching brings me to such wonderful places. TFTC

Good to get another letter, very good hidey hole and I wasn't keen to poke my hand in but very handy stick close by. Bit more of an effort than the terrain indicates, don't be fooled that it's a quick drive-by cache allow about a 30 minute round trip, from leaving state highway.

Sure are a lot of places to look, but had confidence in the derived coordinates and my GPSr had me right on the location, then soon had tin in hands and logged cache. Beautiful views from here, and believe it or not, snow on the top half of the surrounding hills.
Thanks for bringing us here, and thanks for the cache.

23-Dec-12
Very enjoyable night in Mt Cook, while making our way to Central Otago. Beautiful and clear, nice views of the peaks.

22-Dec-12
Nice lunch break and stunning location, good to be back in the 'mainland'

21-Dec-12
Tricky hide, love these urban illusions. TFTC.

15-Dec-12
Raced to FTF this one back in May, only to discover Emvy_Us at the GZ, well done, and found out that we're practically neighbours, Troodles and StreetWalkerNZ then arrived and I thought I'd save this for another day. Today was that day, I was passing by but no GPS on me yet a good idea of where to look and then spotted something worth investigating.

08-Dec-12
I've had this on on my hit list for a while and finally managed to grab this cache while enjoying a weekend camping with a few friends at the Campground close by (which is very nice).
Fun cache, been quite a while since I'd done what is required to nab this one, but no problems, I was soon swaying and signing the log.

Nice quick drive-by, way too slow for a podium find though.
