Logs for Helcra 

After a lot of searching, The Brazilian found it! His first cache! So proud  

Muggle mania! Looked like it took us ages to read and discuss details as we tag-teamed to investigate. Eventually got a gap in traffic long enough for Mr H to grab. 

Beware of stinging trees and grabbing plants! Mr Helcra suffered for the cause but found his reward.

Oils aint oils. Not the container we'd expected but an easy find. Lots of muggle traffic. Mr Helcra paranoid he'd been spotted but I think they were just lost. Then there was a steady stream of cars stopping - who knew so many people would rest in a rest area! Finally all clear. Safe and sound.

Checked a few fallen trees. Careful not to disturb possible unsuspecting residents. Nice find. 

Lots of bush bashing around lots of trees in the vicinity. Muggles everywhere so had to 'take in the view' a lot. Super wind added to the challenge. 

Found it thanks to logs and pics. Were going to access from beach but grateful for tip to access from above. Cache a bit soggy.

Cute little tourist spot. Had to stop here after the Big Banana! Great hidey hole. 

After 3 DNFs today we were in desperate need of some success. This was certainly a risky effort with many muggles coming and going and a plumber stopped for his break. Mr Helcra stood watch as Mrs H searched. Almost didn't see it. Very clever camo. Thanks for the find! 

We fear for the safety of this cache as it has already been logged today. We've searched high and low in the obvious as well as not so obvious spots. We're fairly sure we know where it should be but no where to be seen.

4th cache search today and 3rd DNF. Not sure whether muggles have rampaged the area or our geoskills are way off. Will be watching logs to see if someone else finds them. Good luck. 

Found the right area pretty quickly but wrong spot. Photo helped set me on track for an easy find 

Searched for ages trying to be subtle as muggles were nearby. Decided muggles must have been sitting on cache so left to have some lunch. Returned later for another search but to no avail. Very disappointed as we were sure we knew what we were looking for. 

Nice quick and easy find. Gorgeous day full of muggles so timing was paramount.

Nice easy find and a wonderful view. No tweezers required. Had to hover and enjoy the view whilst muggles passed by. Mr Helcra cleverly spotted it first once again - definitely the eagle eye! 

Stopped by on the way to Coffs for a look around. Figured we'd see if there was a cache nearby. Quick look around and bingo! Nice little spot. Out of view from muggles. Nice view of the wreck today too. Thanks

Muggled! Found the spot but a muggle had his gear there and then sat there. We waited nearby for ages waiting for him to go. Thought he'd never leave and were about to give up but at last our opportunity arose. Had a scout around but afraid of other muggles about. Sure we found the marker but didn't see the cache sadly. Might try again in the morning. 

Muggles abound! Had to be pretty careful but found it after a short search. Photos definitely helped - thanks  

Sadly it seems this cache may have been muggled??
We couldn't find it and logs show it hasn't been seen for a few months.
A few muggles around as well as someone who may be either a muggle or a fellow gc waiting for us to go away?? Tried to be very sneaky.

After about 1 1/2 hrs searching we're sorry to say that we still couldn't find it. Although admittedly we're still green cachers, I do think that this is a much harder one than the 1 1/2 stars allocated. We'll give it a try again another day.
