Coordinates sent us to the wrong side but a quick thorough search proved fruitful. TFTC!
Searched comprehensively for almost 30 minutes, read nearly every single comment for clues but couldn't find it

Amazing Geocache, probably one of the best we've ever found. Even though only one of us loved the climb, we were both thrilled to find the cache. Even found a shortcut back to the car, and took some great pics at the top. TFTC!

TFTC! As others have mentioned, GPS coordinates makes it look further away from the fenced building than it really is
