Third cache I've attempted to find, second to not find. Was it in the tennis courts? If so, why did the hint say "in tree"?

I could not find the cache. Maybe it was my first attempt at finding one, and that's why, but there was no hint either and when I found a box I picked it up and a mouse ran out.
I even went up until I was 1m away, which I know I shouldn't, but still couldn't see it. :L
