Berlin, Berlin!

Summer, sun, cache tour – this was Ophi’s and my plan for our 2 weeks of summer holidays. On our 3,000 km tour we planned to visit a lot of highlight caches in Germany and also in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France. We had a colourful tour with relaxed caches within nature, exciting LPs and bunkers, great technical gadgets, some night caches and one abseiling cache. Along the way we planned to collect several state souvenirs and to fill some matrix gaps.

After finding Europe’s First near Dublin 2 years ago we now also wanted to find the oldest one on European mainland. So we made a short stop here and walked to this really old one. After finding it, we realized that we forgot our pen in the car so I had to walk twice Wink

Thanks for maintaining this really old one here! Some kind of geocaching history Smile

The hint was really good so we had a quick find in the dark. It was only a bit difficult to get the cache out of it's hiding place.

Thanks for hiding and maintaing this cache Smile
