Logs for Kiikaa 

Visited at the end of October, but logging it now...
I went on the overnight cruise, which I HIGHLY recommend, it was just stunning. We were super-lucky as we saw pod of humpbacks feeding just off the coast and we spent half an hour watching them... the whole Sound is just breathtaking!!!!!! Doesn’t matter if it’s sunny or misty/rainy.
DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

I though it will be a quick visit, but I spent most of the day on this magical place! Not just the spit, but the whole tip of the island is magical! Make time to be here and see the place...

Easy find! After a very brisk walk/run through the beach.... turned out it was low tide after alll
If you’re here and you’re here at low tide, GO!!!! Views from “the other side” are gorgeous!!!

THIS place is SO WORTH to visit... views are stunning, nature, sheep,.... everything. I didn't plan to spend time here but ended up spending most of the day here (yes, still drove ALL the way to Greymouth the same day)

TFTC! After great afternoon on the Queen Charlotte track, this was cherry on the top  

Just HILARIOUS!! TFTC loved it! No people, sun was setting, no more words needed

No log at all, have photo of the cache... if that’s needed to prove I was there  

With no luck with hint and after reading last logs I decided I’ll pass, as I rush to Christchurch... the moment I decided BUUM! Cache right in front of me not covered or anything!!!!

Easy find, lovely alley I actually found it by accident as I was walking to my car and though for myself this would be GREAT place for a cache sure it is!

Did not find it, but the water was quite high, which strongly limited my ability to move around and also LOT of migglws as the begining of the school holidays is here!
Next year when Im back for next winter season

Visited Monkey island as I'm traveling through the South it is stunning land!!!
Unfortunately could not get up, as I checked the tide times, but obviously water didn't see the same schedule when I arrived the water was already going up  

Originaly planed as grab and go, but changed my mind and went all the way around the beach! BEAUTIFUL!
