Find 4 on the Tiki Track

03-Oct-23
Nice and close to home. Easy walk and grab. Great spot for a hide.

2nd find for the morning. Such a beautiful spot to visit. We picnic here through summer because it is always super quiet. A real gem.

03-Jun-23
Nice quick find while out walking the dog. Miss 12 did t like the spiked Totara but it was easy to access.

Great park and grab with a sneaky Camo.

13-Apr-23
Exploring more of Katikati

11-Apr-23
First Bay of Plenty find.

11-Sep-22
Brilliant Park and Grab in a spot where I would never have come to if it wasn’t for the hunt of the cache.

21-Aug-22
This is now my new Whangarei Urban favourite. What an awesome cache.

Lovely little park and grab in a very busy but stealthily spot. Log is very wet and I didn’t have and paper this small to exchange : (

17-May-22
This one had me stumped when I first started caching. Today I ticked it off in a few seconds. Lovely little park and grab.

29-Apr-22
Has to be done me of the coolest cache containers I have ever found. Wow.

26-Apr-22
Vacation time is Geocache time. Found a few over the years in Paihia. Glad to be adding to our total. Such an unexplored and unexpected view or Paihia and Russell. Thanks for helping us to explore a bit more of our land. TFTV.

Nice easy find amongst the departed. Such a beautiful church building to explore as well. Another great location explored thanks to Geocaching.

24-Apr-22
Second park and grab for the morning. Nice way to start the days hunt. TFTC.

Got hammered by rain so abandoned the search only to return with sunshine. Tricky find. Over thought this Cache.

My youngest was so happy to find this cache. Neat hide. Safest to park in Dolphin Pl and walk to GZ.

Nice park and grab to start our morning hunt.

Found really quickly for a speedy P&G. Laughed when oldest child tried to clamber through bush when it wasn’t needed. Fishing line to the rescue.

This is now my absolute favourite Cache simply because of how tricky it was for me and my 2 kids to find. Multiple unsuccessful attempts had me message the owner. As soon as send was hit. I located the cache. Clue not needed. What a find. TFTC.

#4 for
The morning. Beautiful spot to cache in. Description was perfect no need to leave path at all. The Pou is magnificent.

Will be back to search another day. Boggy, wet and very overgrown. Used clues from activity log but no luck.

13-Jan-22
While camping for the first time in Puriri bay it was a short walk over the hill to find our 100th #Geocache.
Hidden in the deeps of the bays name sake it was an easy quick find.

28-Dec-21
Paddled across from the local school and parked our gear high on the sand before the trek around. Soft sand made this hard and the GPS was a bit off. Stuck to the navigation guide and soon found the biggest cache we have ever seen. Such a cool spot and great find. So much swag as well which made Miss 10 and Miss 8 very happy. Thanks so much FTC

23-Dec-21
So happy to have found this previous DNF. Ended up being our fastest find ever thanks to Miss 8.

17-Oct-21
Have been meaning to collect this GC for a while. Been hampered by bad weather, closures and of course COVID. Beautiful views from the spot and a really nice walk to get a total view of Ngunguru.

30-Apr-21
Pungatastic we loved this super cool placement. Neat find.

29-Apr-21
So much fun completing the Adventure Lab to get to find this great bonus. The view is spectacular.

Miss 7 had her eyes on the cache very quickly. Looking up has its advantages sometimes. Almost a FTF but we are happy anyway.

27-Apr-21
Nice little hide at the end of the wall. Loved the spot.

How could there possibly be a magnetic on a Tree ??? Such a cool spot and great hide. That was a fun one.

Cute little bird house tucked snug behind the tree unfortunately it seems to have been cleared a bit lately and the birdhouse has seen better days I have stuck the house back together and left where I have found it. Neat little side find off the main path thanks for the cache

23-Apr-21
If you get stuck, and you shouldn’t just sing the Maori Colour song...Kowhai Yellow...

Some times we make thing harder than they need to be. Spent far too much time here but the find was worth the adventure. Should have just stuck to what I know.

22-Apr-21
Loved this easy find so much. Little Miss 7 & 9s favourite.

Nice sneaky hide. Loved the outlook in this beautiful part of Northland.

Make sure you choose wisely. Fun find on a busy day we were able to remain hidden.

What a brilliantly sneaky hide. Love it thanks for the hide.

19-Apr-21
Needed little Miss 7 to fish behind for this great hide. Love the spot.

21-Jan-21
Wild West coast winds were making all kind of trouble today. Fastest park and grab we have found yet.

The compass and coordinates were bumping and jumping all over the place. We searched high and low at the sheds but to no avail. Lots of work has been done around the shed but the shed itself is untouched. Maybe we just missed it. Real shame to get this DNF after being so lucky with the rest of the lakes series.

20-Jan-21
Found with Miss 9 on another of our bike rides. Nice to knock off a couple each ride.

This stumped us for a few minutes until we tracked it down. Very wet log near the log. Unable to sign.
