On a drive to see Jim Barclay's grave (Wonnangatta murders 1918) I noticed the bridge. On leaving the cemetery I thought I'd check for caches, none BUT this was not far away. Great location. LOVE THE HISTORY, THANKYOU. . . TNLN . TFTC
It was a drizzly afternoon. Replaced cliplock bag. Log damp and a little mouldy, nearly full. . TFTC . TNLN

Found when I wasn't looking [:8] - on standby with work we decided to stop and enjoy the gardens. The stone caught my eye, and on further investigating this fine piece I found the cache. TFTC - TNLN - I enjoy cache's that are educational [:-)]

This is my second visit. This time I brought along the tallest friend I could find. This was a rather interesting challenge but one achieved and an experience I will be giggling about for years. I pass this cache on my way home from work; from now on I will be driving home each day with a bigger grin than before. (The cache was a little damp inside - dried it out but the containers seal isnt totally sealing) SL TFTC
Not a muggle in site this was an easy find. Ive been here before but this time with a little more knowledge of the area's history, Thankyou. SL TFTC

An easy find, and just a stones throw from my new place in paradise. This is my first of what i hope will be many in the area, but this cache will always remain my first find for the area. Today the rain has stayed away and i hope it stays away a little longer as I pop back to the cache to drop in a small pencil and some sea creatures. TN L Trackable . .. TFTC
I felt very exposed as i easily found this cache. A very wintery day but the rains stayed away. Thanks Ikkibrady, I didnt realise there was such a significance to the Sound Shell. I will look at it now with a greater appreciation. SL TFTC

This cache is in a great location. I am completing a seachange having recently moved to the area, all i need to do now is "find a friend" to help this vertically challenged geocacher complete this cache. So if your out there, and thinking of letting this one go because you dont have a friend handy drop me a line.. . . Thanks Team Goanna and thanks to my friend Spladem and co for getting this one back up and running again. [^] Cheers LeanneH

[STF - Easy find once I worked out a place to gain access to the walkway. It is certainly a path frequented by dawghs, with the odd runner and a couple of cyclists. I got there as the sun was setting. . . SL - Discovered TB - TN Left a Beanz - TFTC ]- I wonder if in the winter months accessibility may be an issue

The afternoon started out with a phone call from a country friend in the city for work. We havent caught up for over 2 years, and ended up in lygon st for dinner. We caught up on all sorts of news and i mentioned my new venture - geocaching! . . . Well bugger me after logging on i realised we were less than 250m from a multi. So off we went in the quest to teach my muggle friend all about it. He enjoyed the challenge and i wonder how long it will be before he logs his own profile . . . . We loved the challenge and the stroll around the area. . . . SL . . TFTC

At a friends for coffee when the email came through on my phone - Its been a few weeks, but with this one so close I just couldn't resist - Daylight running out fast I downed the coffee and off I went.
I had been searching for a while, my GPS wasn't being exactly accurate so I decided to log online to read cache notes. I then heard a 4wd pull up so I ducked behind a tree and waited. Then a torch started walking up the path, as it shone in my direction I quickly flashed my torch on and off - Sprung!
Not beaten at all Datruk! ... Persistence might have seen me find this one eventually, I have a stubborn geostreak, but with the help of Datruk I was home before daylight
We had a great chat and I look forward to catching up again. Thanks for the FTF Prize, I kept the cup and returned some if its contents back into the cache
After chatting with Datruk about your cache's, GJMMELB, I promptly headed to 'Back and Forth' with fresh eyes. I am now putting more of your cache's on my to do list and look forward to the challenge.

*** FTF *** Equal 1st to Find with Spladem
This would have been an earlier find, but it was cold and as I had just got another equal FTF I decided others would have beaten me. Once Spladem logged online, he noted my typo ,also noted no log's and text me "Get ya FTF shoes on" and with that the race was on - both arriving within seconds of each other from different directions we quickly found the cache. ... (note to oneself - maybe a typo is a trick I could keep up my sleeve for possible future gain - only kidding Spladem TFTC Datruk, and it was great meeting you at Family Photo Time. SL

***FTF*** @8.01pm. *** After work I decided I would drop by on me travels and get ye details from th' first set o co-ords.I reckoned me fellow geocachers woulda beat me to this yay one. Me then went home, got changed sat down an worked out th' next co-ords. Still daylight, ok, so off me went. Me think someone beat me to thy clue; I am sure it wasn't there th' first time I looked, maybe a fellow geocacher tryen ta decipher th' clues in th' warmth of his gogomobil. It was daarhk now, I went back to me ship, an once th' port cleared me went an had another looksie. Bingo! Me took all the relevant details home an with no urgency thy puzzle pieces all fell into place. Noticing no finds logged, me started thinking th' treasure was still out there to be found, the excitement started to bubble so I set sail, I couldn't miss the opportunity on getting a FTF Prize. [^] Thanks Team Coxy for thy challenge. A great well disguised hide. I Took th' Fob Watch, an I left some Dame's that will need rescuing from th' Pirates, .... ... SL ... TFTC

I think I might have to grow up a little before I attempt this one. I will come back again, with a chair so I can sit down and work out where I went wrong. TFTC
STF - A nice easy find after dark. The oval was well lit up as the "Mighty Eagles" had a training session. Naturally I stayed and watched for a while. How they can run around in shorts and singlets in this weather no-one knows - but some people do appreciate the view [^] Danny the daring Dog wanted to run around the oval too. ... SL ... TFTC
Any prizes for being 4th TF. Easy find just as the rain started. Took a puzzle as my prize. Left TB dutch couple and a shark (hope he doesn't eat soloman families fish) Thanks Team Cozy. Loving your cache's. Keep up the good work.

4TF (or thereabouts) with Spladem + Mr_X_02.. then it was off to Wintergrillen Event.. TFTC SL,
STF - Find # 100 for me - Beaten by a whisker, well actually 16 minutes. It would have been a whisker but my GPS phone decided it wanted to take a tea break and I lost satelite for a long frustrating 10 minutes. (I think I saw GJMMelb walk into the park) Great little park, would love to have stayed to wonder around but Off to cache event "wintergrillen 2". No FTF but I will settle for a first event for me today. ... Met up with exAmbo's, nice to meet you guys. ... SL TFTC
It was late, I popped in to see my sister after attending "Wintergrillen 2" I dragged her and her daughters out for an after dark Geocaching experience. The girls loved it. My sister on the other hand might be a little more enthusiastic in daylight hours where she can see the creepy crawlies that hide in the bush. Torches in hand along with a few blackberry scratch's we found the cache. The girls were amazed. TNLN SL ... TFTC

2nd attempt, How embarrassing to think of how much time I spent looking for this one the first time. Great hide. SL (Albeit with a faulty pen - note to oneself - always carry two pens) Thanks for the challenge and TFTC
I found this one with a muddy boot. There's what looks like a fairly new path and on my way I just happened to sink into a soft muddy edge. - Lots of swaps but I didn't have any vehicular items so I just dropped in some sea creatures. Took TB Earthbound, and will take the little digger to an event tomorrow. - SL TFTC - (Log book is full)

FTF [^] ... This cache started off a little slowly; a bit like my morning. I had lost my car keys. I kept going back to the kitchen table but couldn't find them. Then I went away and came back with a fresh mind and there they were right on the table in front of me; I just couldn't see them past the newspaper. Once I had my keys in hand I was off. - The weather was magnificent today for walking in the park. Thanks Hi-pressure for the challenge, the exercise this cache gave me and the extra exercise my calculation errors gave me. . SL Danny the daring dog TB came along for the walk but I had to keep him on his leash.
I didn't realise these sculptures were there. I think I might have to take some time out and ride all the paths around here.
