What a delightful spot to spend the night. Very pleased there was a bridge to cross this last river as it was very swiftly flowing. A bit of searching to find it - thanks for the hint.
A quick snack spot (very tidy hut) while tramping mate changed out of wet clothes. Missed cache on first inspection but turned out to be the classic case of it's where you first look for something. TFTC and it's replacement.

Took a bit of ferreting around and some time to wait for picnickers to move on - didn’t get wet or grubby but my newtogeocaching assistants struggled to find it so I helped out. Thanks for the cache

Hmmm I had a good hunt around and thought I’d worked out the clue and definitely went ‘below deck’ but alas no cache maybe I’m overthinking it?

Looked high and low for a magnetic (stealthily using baby in buggy as good cover) and couldn't find it

Well I had a good look and there was a nice gap under the large concrete block between the concrete gateposts but alas no cache... perhaps it's gone walkabout?
