Thought we'd do some geocaching as we hope off at Mooloolaba from the P&O cruise. First cache at this stop and it was a quick find

The compass was a little confused about which side of the path it was on but we went with the comments and thought about where the mosquitoes would be. No running water to be heard but I did smell it... nice hiding spot TFTC!
TFTC! Very easy find for our 3rd cache of the day. The compass was directing us to a different direction once we got closer to the cache but stuck with the hint and looked in an obvious hiding spot. TFTC
Have not been around here before and really like this view. A lovely black swan swam straight to us from across the swamp and did a little strut and some twirls for us. Nice weather and no muggles to be seen at this time over here. TFTC!
2nd cache of the day - our first microcache found compass took us to the wrong spot and thought it might be near the big tree. Went to sit, reflect and give the compass a second chance which took us to the right spot. What a rock spot. TFTC!

First puzzle cache that we attempted and succeeded. Sat in the car for a bit to figure out the puzzles but knew it wasn't right when the coords seemed too far from the park. We then realised that we had most of the parts wrong and put the skateboard together the way we thought it would go. We got that right, it was the name of the parts that we found the hardest especially when we know nothing about skateboards. Finally felt the coords were right and reached for where we thought it might be. With a little fright, we were right. A small huntsman popped out first then went it for a quick snatch this time before a spider snatched at us. TFTC.

We were hoping to find one last cache on the way to our car. Didn't know what we were looking for until we saw some photos posted by previous finders. Unfortunately we ran out of time to look in any small places where it could be hiding because our parking ticket was just about to expire. Maybe next time. Happy Australia day!
Not many mugglers for Australia day but the area did smell like someone had to take a pee break. TFTC

First day of the year and having some good luck geocaching while we are out camping TFTC

Found it! Second time trying to search and came with my little nephew who has found both geocaches attempted for the day. TFTC!

Didn't know what to consider medium sized log and compared to the other logs but ended up looking in under and around all. TFTC
Didn't know whether I needed to get that close to the bees or not but I did and couldn't find it. Maybe next time....

Camped at Coledale beach and was determined to find just one around the area. Parked in the parking area on the way home and found it easily.

Looking a little sus jumping the railing late at night but we found it after 15 minutes. 11m from the ladder is pretty accurate.
