We thought we were in the right spot and the GPS suggested so but we just couldn't find the cache - we left wondering if in fact it may have disappeared - but looking at past logs now we're home perhaps our GPS was off a little so we may have to try again sometime
A great little spot slightly off what was today's main muggle area so reasonably easy to get in and out without attracting attention
Took some hunting out but we found this as our first geocache whilst out for the day introducing the grandparents to geocaching!
We were in the wrong spot - additional hint has now been read and we'll have to head back on another day to try again.
Too many muggles around to do too much snooping around - now that we've looked at the additional hint we'll try and head back on a quieter day.

Glad craziefour were able to look at a photo of a previous find otherwise this may have eluded us!
Two of our family looked straight at the cache before a third actually pulled it out to complete the find!!
Despite a hint from craziefour we couldn't find this one Will have to come back on a less busy day perhaps!
We tried to sneak this one in at the end of the day but didn't manage a quick find so we'll have to come back another time.

A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our fifth of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Found without the clue not sure if it would have helped us or not.
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our sixth of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Clue may have helped but GPS got us there without it.
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our last of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! GPS seemed a little off but name of cache certainly helped. Geokid then found the cache.
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our fourth of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Geokid found this due to being lower to the ground!!
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our first of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Definitely better to follow the path to get to this one!
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our second of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Geokids spotted it easily.
A great long weekend walk introducing the cousins to Geocaching. This was our third of seven caches for the morning. We had certainly earned our lunch!! Description is pretty helpful. We dropped of a travel bug and hope it continues it's journey.

Great hiding spot. Did have to be careful of muggles when putting the cache back!
A quick find before watching the soccer. Left a rememberance ribbon from St Paul's Chapel in New York.

Our second find of the day - took some locating. GZ definitely not child friendly as Dad had to scramble from the point right on top of the cache to locate.
Tough find for us novices - think we're going to need more practice before trying to find this size nano-cache again!!
Our first Aussie Cache since being introduced to Geocaching in Canada. Took a while to get the combo of Garmin and Samsung Galaxy to work to get us the right co-ordinates and then to find the right rock!! Picked up trackable YHCA3V
