Logs for Pat & Roch'

11-Jun-17
Out today on my lonesome as Pat has a second day shift and billy no mates today. The weather was far too good to stay home alone all day so as I am working on a challenge, decided to take the day to carry on working towards qualitying for it. Had picked various caches to pick up today, a few multis and some trads. Some very testing terrain at times today, especially the stingers and the brambles, by the end of the day I was covered in stings, cuts and grazes, some caches today were just too overgrown to even attempt so a trip back to some places will be necessary. All logs today either signed Pat & Roch or P & R. Many thanks to the CO for placing all of these caches, apologies for the cut and paste. TFTC

We arrived yesterday from the UK to Belgium. We had planned to pick up a few caches in at least four countries today, our biggest challenge yet to get so many countries in a day. This was the main reason we have come to Belgium, one of our missing Jasmers, we have only four left now. We visited America in September and unfortunately, due to ill health while out there, we missed out on four Jasmers, so we are now slowly visiting the countries in Europe where we can find them. We took the drive today, we were really fortunate that the rain seemed to be stopping for us and we parked a little way off, but walked to the cache. A nice quick and easy find and one we can now tick off our list. Many thanks to the CO for maintaining this epic cache, a well earned favourite point to add to the many from us. TFTC

We are over here from the UK travelling along Route 66 and this is our fourth day over here and we are loving every minute. This was a huge detour but simply a must have for us as not only was it a missing Jasmer that we can't get in the uk, but also another state, which we have managed five in four days, which we are delighted about.
A lovely scenic drive which took us about three hours. Arrived at GZ and this was a lovely quick and easy find. Log signed and replaced. The cache was open and the lock doesn't appear to be working. Dropped off one of our TBs to start its journey. A huge thank you to the CO for maintaining this cache. A favourite point from us too. TFTC
