The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I have received a formal complaint about trackables disappearing and park officials trying to extort money from cachers. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
If no problem is found, feel free to re-enable the cache, and post a note letting others know that it's back in action.
Feel free to delete this note after re-enabling the cache.
If there is no way to resolve the raised issues, please archive it after removing the physical cache. We don't want to leave geolitter lying around.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
