Woo Hoo! The Norway Sprint's been yank'n my chain about this cache for like five years, we finally made it. Smile Thanks for maintaining this cache and providing a point in the world for those of us who love a good adventure!

Woo hoo! The Norway Sprint has had this cache on our watch list for AWHILE! We stayed in Yuba City last night and got up early this morning so we could grab this and a few others before leaving town. Thanks for the fun cache hide.

A quick grab before leaving Deming today. TFTC

While gathering the information for this we had a visit with the two really nice ladies who were working in the VIC. When we asked where a person could get a good cup of coffee in town, they lead us to the back room so we could have a free cup. How great is that? We got to visit with the ladies, scored a smiley and a free cup of coffee in one stop! Thanks for the fun!!!!

DON'T FORGET TO CLOSE THE GATE! Thanks for the quick easy smiley.

It's been a long day. We came out of El Paso mid morning and did all 100 of the Medal of Honor Memorial caches and headed west looking forward to a meal and a motel room in Deming. But, it wasn't dark and the Norway Sprint's Garmin Oregon still had three bars of battery life left so ya gotta know we're going to pick up some more caches (eight to be exact) before I wrestle the damn thing out of her hand and make her quit. Wink Thanks for the New Mexico fun!!!

We drove to the end of the road and ate lunch thinking that by the time we worked our way back the Sheriff would be gone. After a sandwich and a coke, we started, one of us walked to the first cache, the other drove the geo-rig to the next one and walked to the next. Then we just repeated until we got to the end of this little series. It was fun! I spent too much time hunting for one and the Norway Sprint drew the short straw on the one closest to where the sheriff was. Of course he hadn’t moved, so she just acted like he wasn’t there and walked off into the sagebrush. By the time I got there she’d signed the log and walked up to the intersection. Great fun, lunch, and some exercise. It just doesn’t get much better than that. Thanks for the fun.
