It would appear that due to some road widening works our cache has been taken out! Im sure the roadworks are more important, will wait until they are complete and reinstate the cache

What a great drive and a beautiful view, after much searching the contianer was found down the bank with cray fish shells and empty beer bottles which shows that unfortunately morons also visit the area.
Was a great excuse for a drive down there for the first time so TFTC anyway

Found last weekend, great easy walk for kids, heaps of bird life was a beautiful day lake was like a mirror, tftc

Very cunning hide and lots of muggles about, need to be very cunning, the cache is not under any of the stones on the ground, they are hiding something that the loo paper poking out from the stones would suggest it's something less desirable- NZ has to get control of freedom campers as they are turning the country into a toilet !

having issues with Garmin 62c not syncing on some finds, so was found about 18moths ago.

Good walk with My 8yr old daughter (one half of Sisterstars), was too long but was hot, take plenty of water and a snack as it is a way for little legs.

another quick find on a nice walk in beautiful Hawea, 3rd cache done today but no swaps, have they all blown away??? TFTC
It was a very winding day with a high lake, this was to 5th cache for the afternoon and was at end of the day which may have affected mine and the kids enthusiasm to go bush, will come back another day for sure, TFTC anyway
