Logs for Team Humpy 

Great viewpoint - lovely clear day so great views - met some muggles resting there with their caravan, got chatting for over an hour then cache was an easy find. Good idea putting an explanation of what the box is for inside!
Bear still has Australian flag jacket on! 

Found but it was spread all over the place - contents scattered. Put everything back together and moved to an area nearby that might not catch the wind so much - easily seen if you keep your eyes open. 

Wasn't quite where our GPS reading said, but an easy find. It's a bit damp - we closed it carefully and put it back exactly as we found it. 

Found at 1.20 pm then went for a counter meal at the pub nearby (can recommend that) before chatting to the owner/manufacturer of the Humpback caravans (we bought one 12 months ago). Great spot. Thanks Rhyan Clan! 

Place was putrid with rubbish so decided not to look too hard! 

Why oh why couldn't we find it? Seemed to be an easy find but no luck for Team Humpy. Could it have been because the area has been cleared and cleaned up by Landcare Australia? And replanted? Can the next people PM us if they find it and give us a hint. We are new geocachers! Cheers.... 

Found at 12.45 pm beaut day, on the way to the Yorke Penunsular. Left a little blue dinasaur. Glad we didn't have our caravan with us! Thanks to The Wackys!

So pleased we found this - so close to our temporary 'home' too! Nice hide. Just signed and put back in exact same spot. Looked like quite a few people had been rummaging around the area! No probs with muggles even though quite a few around. This is just our third find, I think we may become hooked! 

OUR FIRST FIND! This is a learning curve for us, finding the best way to locate the exact coordinates. Beautiful day, a bit windy and we both enjoyed the search. Can't believe that this cache has been there since 2005! Lots of familiar names on the logbook. (Left a flat battery - we need to be more prepared with little gizmos to leave behind!) Cheers... Although we were pretty sure we had the coordinates right, we didn't find this cache. Will be going back again to try again as the other finders' comments have helped us to have a rethink. Cheers... the Humpies
