First find after a short caching hiatus. Good to see more popping up in this lovely area. Tftc 

Never walked up this end of the Aquaduct trail before. Would have liked to have gone further but the Geokids are slightly too young for walking too far yet - should have taken the pushchair. Still they enjoyed spotting this one.

Ran out of time searching the (yellow) greenery and the kids got restless so will have to return soon. 

Had a nice walk up through all those sneaky green reserves to get here from the butterfly habitat on Eucalyptus Rd. Thinking I might see a few Eltham Coppers on the way. No luck today.

Our first event! No longer closet cachers. 

A slow drive back to Melbourne from Echuca on my birthday sees us taking in a few GCs on the Goulburn. The cicadas here today were deafening! And hundreds of butterflies fluttering in the midday sun. Thanks for getting us to stop here. 

Took a quick detour from the back roads trail to find this cache. Found with relative ease ( for once ). Thanks for bringing us here. 

Not too many muffles this lunchtime. Spotting with rain, but a nice little spot. Gave up on the hint but found after a short search. Moving the geocoin on. TFTC.

Third time lucky for us! And with hindsight I'm not sure how we missed this cache the first two times as it was right where we were looking both times!

The more sparse early spring foliage helped a little I think.

A nice picnic out for Father's day saw 3 generations go searching for this cache.
Jasper found the cache after a tip off from me as to where it might be. The park was alive with families and new Father's day gifts, a model helicopter lost in a tree, a kite, a melting box of ice cream and sorbet, and a very tired GeoDog.

First attempt at Ftf and success! Cold night tonight, not many muggles. Very close to my own cache and a quick search yielded the cache. Took Ftf path tag prize. TFTC. 

A belated log as I didn't realise we hadn't logged this one on the day. Found a few weeks ago after taking the Geokids for a train ride. Was a lovely walk around the railway. TNLN TFTC 

A very rainy afternoon and we decided to find the summit of Mt Lenny and take in a few caches on the way. Sadly the kids were screaming and the hail came in before we got much further than this cache.

Had a fun search for this one, but alas had to concede it had the better of the team! Found a fantastic spider, not sure what kind, but very big and very black and shiny. We will be back! 

A lovely sized cache, our biggest so far. Enjoyed the river side bush trek to reach this one, effectively concealed. Muggles everywhere tonight! TFTC.

I love these little pockets of history. Being from the UK where it abounds (and goes unappreciated for the most part) it's too few and far between here in Oz.
Took our newly set up UK division along, and this will be their first find
