What a fantastic day for an event! The weather was perfect. Thanks a lot Sol for getting
us out and about on a lovely Spring day.....am only sorry that we couldn't stay for long before
having to shoot off to our ACT Beagle Club walk.

2nd of 11 caches for a lazy Sunday caching with Cache_ranger. My 2nd attempt at this one. Was a quick find this time, before heading over to the pub for lunch. TFTC!

6th of 11 caches on a lazy Sunday afternoon caching with Cache_ranger. A bit of a late log though....work has been ridiculous lately. TFTC Big Grin

A late log I'm affraid....work has been ridiculous! Finally found my first "Don't Do Ngunnawal" cache on a lazy
Sunday afternoon caching with Cache_ranger......Mrs TBHL isn't getting around to fast at the moment, so I
left her at home. What can I say GUIO, besides fantastic cammo! Can't take the credit for finding it though, that honour
went to Cache_ranger. TFTC guys, and thanks for giving the Nth side a few more caches to keep me busy Big Grin

3rd of 11 caches on a lazy Sunday afternoon caching with Cache_ranger. Arrived at GZ with no troubles, and began a subtle and inconspicuous search. A local from across the road happened to see us and came over for a chat. He had spoken to many other cachers before and was fairly clued in to what we were up to. He then provided us a little hint before leaving us to our business. Cache was then quickly in hand, log signed, and then we were off. TFTC!!

19-Jul-09
Picked this one up on the way out to Bungendore, after having a quick bite to eat in Goulburn. Was a quick find for Mrs TBHL, whilst I drove off to find a place to turn the car around and come back to get her.
TNLNSL TFTC!

Parked on the wrong side of the bridge, so had to scurry back across the other side to quickly find/log this cache. Was funny to watch the heavily pregnant Mrs TBHL scamper across the bridge to ensure we weren't exposed to any muggle traffic.

TFTC!

No joy again for this one. 2nd time now, and things always seem to be getting in the way....today it was the cold, the pregnant wife, and the muggles! Oh well, next time Smile

Having tried this one previously with no joy, brought along Mrs TBHL today to help out.....oof course she found it within seconds! Thanks for getting us in off of the highway!!

A quick find on a lazy Sunday's caching. 2nd visit to this one, having previously been thwarted by a fire that had put pay to this cache.

Another cache for the day that I had previously failed to find, but that Mrs TBHL found today before I had even gotten out of the car. My excuse is that my "caching eye" is still developing, and has not yet reached it's peak!
TFTC!

Can't believe that it has taken me so long to get to doing this cache. I'm sure you'll understand though Bezerker, that I try to avoid this place like the plague...they cause me major headaches! Managed to find/sign/replace the cache in record time, for I was in fear of getting posted here if I stayed in the area any longer than was necessary!
Thanks man Big Grin

Love the name of this cache...I'm all for taking the opportunity to have a naughty name whenever it can be justified Wink
Was a quick find, with Mrs TBHL deciding to stay in the car whilst I marvelled at the turbines working away (was a pretty windy one today, so they certainly did work!)

2nd find for todays caching, and I think this rounds out the Remembrance Driveway series for TBHL. We have thoroughly enjoyed all of these caches, for the thrill of the hunt, and also for the history. Thank you Big Matt and Shell.

The 1st find on a lazy Sunday of caching. Was glad to find this one as this almost completes this fantastic series for TBHL. Thanks again for a thought provoking, and fun series.

13-Jul-09
An FTF for TBHL at 1628 on a chilly Canberra afternoon!!!

This one is a mere 400m from our front door. Mr TBHL had the notification pop into his inbox at work, and asked the boss if he could knock off early so he could feed his obsession. Mrs TBHL was even in uniform still when the cache was found! (If you've never seen a heavily pregnant woman in Air Force service dress stumbling up a hill, I can assure you it's really funny!)
A few suspicious cars driving around the area had us thinking that we may have some competition, but they turned out to be prospective home buyers.

Thanks Jemalong for increasing the number of caches here in the Nth of Canberra.

A quick find whilst on the way to Crookwell for a family birthday. No muggles today...too cold!

A quick find whilst on the way to Crookwell for a family birthday. Mr TBHL did this one, and the heavily pregnant Mrs TBHL would not got anywhere near it.

A quick find whilst on the way to Crookwell for a family birthday (an Uncle who funnily enough happens to be the local Anglican minister).
Very historic building, and nice (if bumpy) ride out here.

Managed a quick search before many muggles turned up. Tried to get back later, but couldn't make it happen. Another cache for next time I'm in Melbourne.

First find for today. Nice and quick. The area was very very quiet today.

Muggle central today. Came back a few times, but people were always closeby enjoying this lovely area. Oh well, maybe I'll have better luck next time I in Melbourne.
