The tuatarium is always a must stop for the kids when we visit invercargill. Happy to have a close cache to nab while here. Thanks.

Found but didn't have a pen so haven't signed. Might get the chance to pop back tomorrow.

Found. Container not the same as in description - assume the other one met an untimely end.
Took a little longer than expected. Was at first tree in the line rather than fifth. Container was also round and covered in blue electrical tape rather than the one described. Placed cache as per description rather than where we found it.

Children were not in the mood to spend much time in one spot so couldn't spend too long looking. Pretty sure we were in the right place and looking at the right feature/s but difficulty rating is high so might require a return visit sometime.
Went geocaching with the dog and children in tow at Forrester today. This was our first find.
Have never driven up Norwood St past Bethunes gully entrance before and glad we did today. An impressive cutting!

Took a couple of attempts to get the coordinates right. Wasn't sure why until I realised default setting were N and W rather than S and E.
It is getting a little overgrown around this cache. Still relatively easy to find. There was also some water in the cache box which I tipped out. The log book was okay.
Nice easy find to finish our wee trip up Leith Valley. Didn't get it on the way up as phone reception had cut out and we hadn't looked up the relevant information yet.
Our dog found something very smelly to roll around in somewhere just down the hill. Made the short car ride home a little less pleasant.

School holidays. First cache found with the kids. Good one to start with. Thanks.
I started here with my children today but didn't find it initially. After finding a few other local ones we had more of an idea of what we were looking for and found it.
