Logs for baaabaaa 

A quick find whilst the others nipped into the big shop. Nice to meet the friendly local resident who seemed very used to seeing people searching this location. 

No luck here... Nasty rain and lack of signal conspired against me... 

An easy find here but a favourite point for the very inventive container... Left a ratatouille. 

After searching all the other likely places we had to admit what we were up to to the two German girls who were in the only place left to search. They were greatly amused and one of them had already been geocaching with her father in the past. An nicely concealed box, and a good home for the gromit tb brought all the way from England.

Big climb but worth it for the awesome views. 

GHR did the honours here, and we explained the intricacies of geocaching to a Swedish mountaineer who made our acquaintance. Left some Christmas tinsel in the box. 

Found by the nzbody during an excellent walk on a lovely afternoon.
Left a pink parrot in the box.

NZlamb braved the dog poo on the step and retrieved the cache. Left a little froggie in the box.

A bit further than we were ready to climb... 

A quick and easy find by NZlamb after a delicious meal at the Bath House nearby. Left a squirrel in the container and took the TB. 

Returned when the seats had been removed and it was an easy find. Left a lonely earring in the box. 

A quick find once the kiwilamb arrived to help. 

A nice easy find despite the excellent camouflage. 

Unfortunately lost signal here and didn't want to miss the coach by searching...shame! 

Had a very thorough search but no luck. 

Took a while but we found the little brighter in the end. 

A quick find with mr kiwibaaa. Getting used to finding these containers now. 

This one was introducing the youngest kiwilamb to the gentle art of geocaching. Not sure he was convinced. 

Found it early this morning with the help of GHR. Left a pink parrot in the box. 

GHR did lots of scrambling around but to no avail. 

Sophiepoo scrambled around doing the dangerous bit whilst I contemplated the difficulty rating of the terrain. No luck on this occasion, despite success previously. 

Not an easy find. Loads of kite surfing to watch here. 

Sophiepoo and GHR strode off up the forbidden path to search but came back empty handed. 

We failed on the way there but sophiepoo found it on the way back. Stunning views. 

Found with a cry of triumph by GHR whilst doing the very hot walk over to the beach. Left 2 little sheep buttons in the box. 

A wonderful magical place. 

Nimble sophiepoo did the honours here and retrieved and signed the cache. What a wonderful spot, but one hellofa hike to get there and back. Left a plaster in the box for unfortunate wounded cachers' feet.

Had a good look in all the likely places but no luck. A lovely spot to sit and do the knitting though.. 

Sophiepoo followed the hint and found this one. That really is a very big tree nearby.... 

Caching instinct told us there must be one up here, and sophiepoo soon located it. Left a ferry ticket. What a stunning view.
