I found this cache exposed and just sitting on the sign at the lookout. The lid was missing. The contents in tact but damp. The sticky-back Velcro was all attached- had become unstuck from its hide. Have placed the cache out of the weather - hopefully - but it needs attention.

Easy to find but couldn't remove - after too many ant bites and a zap from the fence, I gave up. I'm a beginner, so my question is - can I log it as a find even tho I haven't written in the log? Have taken a foto of the location.
