There were more famous Earps in the area than I had imagined. An interesting family, to be sure.
The Earp clan seems to have been well-settled here - something I had not known since I generally think of them in Arizona.

We headed towards Palm Springs for dinner and noticed a virtual not too far from our route. At this point in the day, I thought I had exhausted my caching credits with my wife, but because it was so close . . .

I had planned to visit the area this week to reassess what is happening with the site but am out if town on a family emergency. I will check the site in the next 7-14 days.

Its hard to imagine coming to this area without paying this one a visit. There is something to be said for longevity, even when measured in the relatively brief period of caching
