On checking Cache this morning, it appears Cache has been Muggled.
Searched in immediate area for 5 minutes with no success.

May look at putting a Dominoe Effect III in general area.

01-Aug-10
Another set of Dominoe Tiles has been placed in Cache. Note that due to contractors clearing some of the bush in the immediate area, the cache site is now more visible from the sealed path. More caution should be taken when accessing the cache.

8th November 2008
Visited Cache to deposit another set of Dominoe Tiles, as Cache was down to the last 2.
Unfortunately, the Cache has been Muggled. No sign, except area looks to be pretty undisturbed.
As it is in an area of high use by Secondary School kids, I will not be reactivating the Cache in this location.
Thanks for all the comments over the past year or so.
Watch out for "Dominoe Effect II"

Thank you, thank you Kiwi Extreme for all the effort that you put into this Get Together. I was really peeved that I had to leave so early (family commitments). I learnt quite a bit and would have learnt heaps more if I had been able to stay. Great to catch up with the bodies behind the aka's. Hope to catch up again in the not too distant future.

Keep on Caching

Amazing place. Been here before, years ago and looked through some of the old lockup rooms. Scary.

Pleasant surprise. Hadn't logged this cache and was surprised when it popped up after excercising dogs on the beach. Easy find - thank you.

I just love this place. Have spent a lot of time here on holidays (Kaka Point) over the years. Always get a buzz with the views. Easy find, but difficult retrieval. Muggles everywhere. Apart from waiting my chance to retrieve the Cache, I also wanted to take a photo of TB Monkeyin Around with the Rocking Outcrops in the background, so more waiting around. This GeoCaching is like Fishing !!
Anyway, mission accomplished, last of 3 TB drops for the day.

Been here numerous times before. Still just love the place. Took plenty of photos again, but they never really do the area justice. Easy find - thank you. Was lucky with the Muggle count, only had to wait a couple of minutes for them to clear the area.

Ignored the "Prime Directive". Didn't keep going in a clockwise direction. Completely fouled up. Being a beginner at this, I learnt the difference between a "Waypoint" and a "Destination Point". Spent 45 minutes looking for Cache at Waypoint. Eventually went back to "Grover's Hill" and started again. This time, NO PROBLEMS, found the Cache easily. Good learning experience for me.

Finally. Had to wait for 1.5 hours to have the place to myself. Very popular spot. My Son thrashed the water for a bit with a lure - no luck. However, chap just along the bank hauled in a beautiful 12lb Salmon. Found Cache with no problems.

After my disastrous run on GCQV2J, simply ran out of daylight.
Was hoping to complete following day, but was raining and we headed home. Still have this one logged for next time I am up Roxburgh way.

Lovely stroll on a warm Autumn afternoon. Couple of hard case dogs at the entrance - all bark and very friendly - as was their owner. Great river views. Found Cache easily.
