Found this one at night. Spooky! I think the hint should probably be "in" rather than "under". TFTC

I've been to this cache twice with two different groups of people, for nearly an hour each time, with no such luck. We climbed onto the pillars, looked into pipes, searched into the dark spots, looked on both sides, looked on top, but we were unsuccessful in finding it.

The smallest cache I have ever seen! Easily overlooked as it looks like it could be a bolt or screw. Fun find! TFTC

We found the cat food and thought the cache might be inside (all that achieved was smelly hands) Was pretty easy to find!
