Found it on visit from BC Canada. TFTC.

15-Feb-14
Quick find on a walk with my mum, not far from her house. Left a few little items in the cache for the next person. It seemed a bit empty apart from log and pen. TFTC. Smile

Nice stroll along gravel road and relatively quick find. Just had to figure out which clump of trees in the "copse". TFTC. Smile

Found this nice cache while visiting my family in Nelson. Just up the road from their house. Left a TB which started in Germany. TFTH. Big Grin

OMG - I really wanted to find this one after the steep and quite frankly dangerous descent, but it wasn't to be - my Garmin kept sending me back and forward, the hint sort of helped but didn't narrow it down enough, and I was worried about making it back up the hill on my own. So I abandoned the search. Did take a couple of nice photos of the harbour though.

A great reason to take a walk through the reserve and climb up to see the views. Had to go deep for this find - needed to remove sunnies it was so dark down there! Left a little kiwi memento, hope it survives the gunk in the cache. TFTH Smile

Managed to avoid muggles on a beautiful hot day at the beach. My first find at Coopers Beach while staying in a classic kiwi bach for a week. Left an interesting lapel pin that might be worth collecting. TFTC Smile

Fantastic view with my second find of the day while staying on holiday at Coopers Beach. Since my bach is by the beach this search took me on a steep walk up the hill. Thanks for the exercise! And TFTC Smile

A quick find after an overnight visit with friends at Omaha. Very pleased to stop here, have a latte and a cheese toastie, and appreciate the nicely disguised cache. TFTH.

First find of several in Talbot forest - and very happy to wander these trails admiring the awesome native bush and magnificent trees. Makes me feel a little homesick for NZ after living away in Canada for so many years. Anyway - this was a quick find in the goblin tree - sis did the work and I log the credit. Smile tftc

Dug around a bit for this one, but sis honed in on the right spot and made the find quickly. Picked up the TB (geocoin) with the attached vehicle(!) It's beautiful walking through this forest with its magnificent trees. Thank you for bringing us here.

First find in Geraldine on my Waitangi Day outing with sis. Just stopping for a few days here on a visit from Canada. Shouldn't have resorted to the hint but we did and it helped. TFTC Smile

Out for a geocaching trek with sis in Geraldine on Waitangi Day. Thanks for taking us down to the river walk and TFTC Smile. A quick find.

A quick find on a Waitangi Day afternoon of geocaching with sis in the magnificent talbot forest. TFTC. Smile

Last find of the afternoon on a Waitangi Day outing with sis in the talbot forest. Good to see a different container and a nice wee hiding spot. TFTC Smile

Well we think we found it - but couldn't find the log - there was a trace of it on the ground near the main find. So it seems to need some maintenance. This one was a bit tricky to access up the steep embankment for my old Mum - but she did it.

Quick find and easily accessible too - one of a series of finds on this trail with my Mum today - a nice intro to g-cing in NZ on my visit from Canada. TFTC Smile

Am here in Oamaru visiting my parents on a trip back to NZ from British Columbia, Canada. This was one of a few finds today made with my Mum. Dropped a few goodies and a TB - please move it on - it came all the way from Canada! TFTC Smile

Walked down the road with my Mum, taking her on her first g-cing outing - and what do you know - she found this nice little cache real quick. Good job Mum - and this is my first find visiting back home from Canada. It's all good. TFTC Big Grin

Found it after thrashing through the long grass and sneezing in the dust and pollen. Left a few goodies including a lapel pin from the Vancouver 2010 winter olympics. This was one of a few finds I made today with my Mum. TFTC Smile

A quick find with my Mum on my first day visiting, back in NZ from Canada. Nice two step multi - TFTC. Smile
