Although we have never logged a DNF here, I must confess to this being our fifth or sixth visit. This had become something of a nemesis-cache so it was a big relief today when the penny finally dropped. Very nicely done and thanks for the cache. A favourite point for a worthy opponent! 

I have checked on the cache today and all is in order. 

Log book is saturated. 

All fixed up now. If the muggling continues I will look at altering the hide.

Easy find. I was glad to find that there was a bit of shielding from the non-stop traffic. Tftc. 

I had an enjoyable time here on a sunny Saturday morning. The smartphone wasn't behaving too well, perhaps due to the nearby equipment, so I had a reasonably large search area. After initial strategies didn't work it was nice to have a sit down in the sunshine and spend some time surveying the area and imagining potential hides. I got there in the end after a pleasant 10 minutes. TFTC, gets a favourite from me.

Couldn't find it yesterday, but today the secret was laid bare. A fun puzzle and a neat hide. Gets a favourite from me.

We had a good long look without success. Thought that I could see where it should be by the indentation in the ground in the midst of a clump of vegetation. 

We didn't find the cache today after a long search. That's not to say it isn't there of course as previous logs show that many also didn't find it on their first look. 

I will try and visit the cache in the coming days to replace the pencil. 

It is good to see people enjoying this cache which we thoroughly enjoyed putting together. On reflection I have adjusted the difficulty and terrain ratings slightly. Also, it might be helpful to struggling time travellers to note that that the part of the 'time vector' that is in brackets will not normally be needed. 'P81 929.2 ELL' will normally be enough information. In some circumstances 'P81 919.361' could be a helpful alternative. The required information is always available but is not always as easy to find. 

There is a lot of storm damage along the track and a terrain rating of 4 would be appropriate at present. This just added to the fun though. Cache was found in good order after a bit of a search. Tftc.

FTF at 5.20pm with Jimbob Jr. We didn't really study the map all that well before we left and the bike ride turned out to be considerably longer and more challenging than we anticipated! All good though we really enjoyed the late afternoon views on the way up and really really enjoyed the huge downhill on the way back down to Campbell's Mill Rd. We had planned to go for the other new cache 1km further on as well but the light was fading and common sense had us heading back down. Thanks very much for bringing us up here Tramper Ted. Gets a favourite point from me. 

Finally pinned this one down today after two previous unsuccessful hunts. I swear we must have looked there countless times but today we must have had our eyes open properly! Tftc. 

It took a bit of hunting but cache was eventually found in good order. TFTC.

Ftf at 5.10pm. Thanks so much for this cache. Me and Jimbob Jr were just heading out in the geomobile when the notification came through. Vroomed straight here and actually ran up to gz. This is a really nice place for a cache. Nice work. Took travel bug. 

Thanks to the CO for checking on this cache. I found it in moments today, mostly thanks to the new hint. Still, it amazes me that I didn't find it on two previous visits.

I had been waiting for months to find myself here with no-one around and finally today I took my opportunity and swooped at 6.30 on a Saturday morning.
There is a large 'For Sale' sign up on the building so maybe this was no longer an issue anyway? Thanks for this one! 

Finally I remembered to swing in off the highway for this one. Although for months now I have been knowledgeably telling passengers what those white things are! Thanks for this one. 

Third times a charm. This time I avoided being cut to ribbons by sitting back for a while and thinking where the CO would have put it. Sure enough he and I thought alike. I am now savouring the sweet taste of victory. Tftc.
