TB dip (full disclosure: I was several metres UP from the cache...) but close enough!

Thanks to BookNutz, TorontoNovice and the TPL for this event and for supporting and promoting geocaching. It was fun sharing stories, meeting new people and reconnecting with some of the usual suspects. Hope to run into you all again!

Should be able to make it -- libraries and caching -- two of my favourite things!

Non-caching caching partner and I came at this the terrain 5 way today, after finding a fun paddling cache near another island. Once on land, the terrain here was still a bit tricky, with the lush undergrowth on the way to GZ presenting some excellent bushwhacking action.
I found the nicely hidden container, and brought it to a nearby picnic table which had just been vacated by a couple enjoying a picnic lunch with a great view of the city. Non-caching caching partner and I answered their questions about geocaching before they left, but I think they were still in hearing distance when I called out that I had found the cache. So we didn't seem, you know, totally weird. Maybe.
Anyway, I signed the log and traded a big bag of beads (purply blue, like the depths of deep space!) for an excellent green pencil with black and white cows on it. Thanks!
Thanks for a nice hide, a fun cache, a bonus view of the city, and a new place to land a kayak.

Well, the hint worked fine for me, thanks very much! This was the last cache of the day, to which I was accompanied by Frinklabs who had found it previously. I didn't need any assistance, though, thanks especially to the very useful hint. Luckily there was no traffic while we were here, though I'm not sure what the people in the nearby homes must think about all the strange activity. Thanks for the cache!
