Found. Hard cache to find by yourself. Started to an I couldn't find it had to explore outside the bridge in the rain. I found it . Couldn't sign because I would of destroyed the paper. A great hide.

Compass stopped at 7 meters couldn' t get it work in the park but was working at the next stop.... strange. Will be back another day.
