Looked around for a good twenty minutes but couldn't find this one - not wanting to get bogged down, and also vaguely terrified of incredibly loud bogan father yelling at his children nearby, we moved on. Will come back at some stage for caching cleanup, I'm sure!
Bloke walking his dog was very put off by us poking around the large utilities box/building thing, probably thought we were terrorists or something.. found the cache just as we were about to give up, very nice hide!
Log book, container, and all contents were soaked and pretty rank. Arinaca replaced container, log book and pencil, unfortunately had to toss most of the stuff inside of it.
Quick find with Arinaca for the first cache of the day. Some kids nearby were looking at us weird.
Happy coincidence while driving the wrong way, found this cache pretty quick. That is one creepy dolphin.
What an amazing place! After scrambling across the rocks to the GZ because Arinaca was too wimpy to do it herself, she promptly dropped her phone down the ravine. Luckily it didn't fall too far, and I managed to grab it for her - still in one piece! A testament to HTC phones I suppose.
Back to the GZ, and looking in every direction except the one I needed to, I eventually found the cache. Great hide, thanks so much! Will have to come back when it's been raining a bit and there's some water flowing, was absolutely barren in summer.
