Time Stands Still
Grass cut really short, May have been exposed / muggled. A few muggles about #0730hrs. No Can Find, Have to try again L8R.

FOUND within two minutes.I work here (60 meters South from my office) @ UNSW so @ 0720 hrs not many people around. I have walked past here hundreds of times as a muggle. Nice find.
Now to check out the other one here at UNSW.(50 meters North of my office)
