Busy road, but pleasant enough, geo-stroll on a sensational Winter's arvo.As noted previously, this cache is alarmingly exposed - probably due to some tree pruning.Happy with a quick find no 1 of series. TFTC Crank1
Found it on return leg. GM led me straight there. Clearly GPS had me barking up the wrong tree TFTC Crank1
This one needed more of a search , but soon spotted it from a different viewpoint. TFTC
No luck here - either out or back GM proving more accurate than my GPS, but a return visit now on the cards.

Altered reality ? A definite case of AIWS @ WP2 now !Clue modified to reflect current situation. No 'man looks' now - you'll need to search harder to find all those coloured 'pills" !!

Back on the trail this evening. Nice quick find, after all the rummaging around yesterday. Log book slightly damp, but still very writeable. TFTC
Turned around to get better vantage & there it was staring me in the face. TFTC
Gr8 walk down the Trail this evening, but sadly couldn't find this one. Arrived at the GZ & had a good inkling of what to find & where to find it. Might have been Muggled again or cunningly hidden but no Gold for me. TFT Series georoamaround - a pleasant little excursion around Eureka.

Definite feeling of Deja-vu tonight - but trusted my luck to a very wayward GPS instead. So many possible spots!!Eventually focussed on a likely area, dodged the night-life & approached the hunt from an entirely different angle.TFTC & wander jinkyandjohn

Spotted this am & went back to sign the log this arvo. Gr8 little area & intriguing cache. Thanks for bringing we down here Duntulum
Somehow convinced myself to walk much further than necessary this arvo ?? Helps when you write down the right co-ords & read the description !! On the plus side, saw some things i'd otherwise have missed. Finally got an accurate GPS location, just as the phone died ! Ah well, back to the basics - think like a CO, use those observation skills & then the old, process of elimination. Some interesting teasers but no cigar ! Sure i remembered reading that it was n't "under the Bridge. Sure enough that's where it was !Extracted & signed the log & returned the cache to it's more likely hiding spot. Gr8 hide Duntulum - you certainly made it interesting.
13-Oct-23
The Rat spotted this one today, on our lunch break in Keith. Pleasant walk around on our road trip. TFTC Freddo.

Lost & found with The Rat this arvo. Rookie error saw us heading off to the wrong coords near a decent Coffee shop.Return visit this arvo with my specs, revealed the obvious error & cache soon in hand. Long-suffering CO had messaged in the interim - yes it's all there on the cache page !This is gr8 little multi in very pleasant surroundings. TFTC & very prompt reply Davidwazza.

A gr8 little hunt on our travels. Interesting & enjoyable diversion into the local history. GZ must have been a fitting finale, before the Tree split the scene ! TFTC JonesSisters2
27-Sep-23
Whoo hoo, finally found today - after several return visits & 5 3/4 years !!Not sure why I've never noticed it before, but couldn't miss today, somewhat dislodged & shining brighter than a Troll's Toll. Something of an anticlimax to find in plain sight, but a relief nonetheless. Signed & returned, a little more securely than found.Glorious Spring day for the short walk back along the Creek, to Eastland.TFTC Jacimarble A well constructed hide, beaut location & kept me interested for quite a while

3rd time lucky tonight, after some basic, Rookie errors:
1. Foolishly started this one on foot, before realising what "Drive-by" meant !
2. Over-thought possible co-ords, when the reflective clues ran out. Chased down some interesting, red herrings for a while.
Finally saw what i'd missed before !! Double checked my count & off to the GZ for the find. Knew exactly where to look, once there, but the final arrow brought a smile to my dial.
Cache in good order, albeit devoid of TBs.
Thanks for a fun adventure & cache Splad.

26-Feb-23
Glorious evening. What a cracker of a cache ! We descended on mass & completed our counting tasks, to the obvious amusement of the occupants. Cache coords calculated, celebratory photos with your big sis Wendy, before advancing in the general direction.
Gorgeous George made the physical find, (his first), much whooping, log signing & impromptu photos with local street decorations ! (Magnetic keyholder not quite what we were expecting )
Take your mates to this one, it was heaps of fun. Thank you Gracie for our welcome to Greymouth

Visited last pm for an initial reccy. Returned this am for the find
GPS had has us in the vicinity, but still left way too many possibilities
Worked through the logic today, (previous posts certainly helped !), & eventually found the right spot. Signed, photo logged & returned when Muggle-free. Gr8 location & an entertaining challenge. TFTC
