qos and 6 neophyte geocachers found the cache. Of those, Nephew found his 2nd cache. The new geocachers want to be the Beaver clan.
Speculated about Tobin's Camp. What is that bar doing between the 2 massive poplar trees? Any ideas?
The Beaver Clan left soap, shampoo, some "gold" nuggets, a handdrawn picture and took 2 mini cars.
Qos put in a mini book of NZ native trees and took mini picture frame.
All the neophyte geocachers are gung-ho to do more!!!!
Happy New Year!!!

qos and "Little Kitten" and nephew went geocaching. First cache for nephew. Beautiful view. OK weather when we left. Drizzling and rainy when we finished. Went all over the "hill", way to high up. The cache is not near any brambles!!! Left Tiggers Journey TB and earplugs for those going to noisy nightclubs in the area . He has had quite a trip so far. He is from Germany. Was picked up by me and "Little Kitten" on an "island" in Lower Saxony about 6 months ago. Tigger travelled to Canada, the US, Taiwan, Australia and now to New Zealand with me. Since this is his destination, why doesn't he travel in New Zealand all over the place including the north island?
Nephew picked out the electrical tape for his Dad and a pin for himself. The rest of us took nothing, except good memories.

Found the Fox cache on a drizzling day. Tigger's Journey TB has reached its stated goal of reaching New Zealand. Yippeeeeeeee! It came from Germany, via various places, various ones in Canada; New York; Taipei, Taiwan; Sydney, Australia; and now Fox Glacier Cache on the South Island.
HAPPY NEW 2005 in New Zealand.
Left a sewing kit and a basic map of downtown Sydney, Australia.
Thanks for the cache.

Found the writer's walk a few days ago. Had a chance to go back when we took a ferry during the day to actually take a pic of Tiggers Journey TB on the Peter Carey circle. He was born n 1983. He is a prolific Australian Writer and the excerpt is from Oscar and Lucinda from 1988. Sorry, but the pic has to follow when we are able to download the pic.

Wow. I had to be persistent in finding this one. Anyway patience pays off. Great view. New to the city. Couldn't drop off my TBs for a longer stay!! Just too small!!
Found the cache, improved the condition of it! Left geocaching info, info of another cache "nearby", sunscreen with "zinc", Marty Monkey TB from Alberta, Canada. He has been travelling afar with his German buddy Tigger's Journey TB. However, he decided that the view was just too great. He is hoping to see the bathing beauties on the various Sydney beaches visible from the cache. He is ignoring the "vineyard people" just around the corner, that we thought we could see from the walk from Bondi Beach. Thanks for a wonderful view!!!
