A mega weekend planned for 5 of us travelling from the UK and Ireland. In the end, there was only 4 of us in the hire car. Great fun was had by all and some fantastic caches were found in perfect weather.
I have been here before last year on a 5 countries in a day rampage with The_Mother. Found myself here again with the gang. I really like the new box!

I had a geocaching itch to scratch but after sleeping way later than we normally do (still catching up on sleep lost from jet lag, that's my excuse!!), we were short on time, so we only looked for three but we found them all! Sunday seems to be a quiet time around the Titanic quarter so we didn't have to worry much about muggles.
First up was #10: Musgrave Channel and Dock. I had been down this way before when I was working a couple of days in the Concourse Building but I couldn't find a way to GZ so I left it. Today, there was not a soul around so I was able to do it easy enough.
Next up was #6: Alexandra Dock. There were a few muggles en route to the visitor centre but once they had gone in, I found the cache easily with the hint.
Last cache of the day was #5: Titanic Caisson. I logged a DNF here on 24th January when I was here with the swerve, as the cache was missing I believe. Today, I found it nicely tucked away, exactly where the hint said it would be.
Only one more cache to find to complete the series now! Thanks for all the caches today Smile

Falls Park was the target for this afternoon's geocaching expedition. Beautiful day for a walk! We managed to find 6 out of 9 targeted caches.
This one had me driven mad!! Not least of all because the boyfriend kept warning me about muggles and it was making me nervous. I was walking away and went back for the 'one more look' and spotted it. Success!! As I put it back, he warned me about muggles again and I dropped it! Damn, I thought, how am I going to retrieve it?? Luckily it fell just within my reach but it was a stretch!! All is ok now, cache is where it should be, thanks for the hide Smile

The last of our DNFs. Had a good luck around but couldn't find it

The last cache of the day on our way back to the car. Really enjoyed walking here and will be back for those 3 that eluded me! Loved this one - great camo and that dog is awesome! Leaving a fav here for all the caches, thanks for the fun! Smile

This was the first cache and was found as a park& grab before we got to the park. Some entertainment was provided in the shape of a rescue truck trying to squeeze past two cars further down the road. I spotted the cache quite quickly - great camo and a nice new logbook to boot! Thanks for the hide Smile

Had a good root around but came up with nothing here

The second of three caches found while parked at Hazelbank on a cold and blustery JULY day!? Not many about due to the weather so I could look and find unimpeded. Nice little box, view is probably a lot better on a clear day. Thanks for the hide Smile

A couple of months ago, with a trip to Belgium on the cards, I started thinking about how I could maximize my number of souvenirs while there. I haven't cached in the Netherlands or Luxembourg yet, so I decided to try and cache in 3 countries in a day. When I mentioned this on the Geocaching Belgium FB page, it was suggested I try for 4 in a day, then 5. I was easily persuaded Cool. So today was the day! Along with The_Mother, my muggle uncle also joined us for the insanity!
This was the second cache of the day, and covered Belgium for the 5 countries. This was another must do while in Belgium. I am lucky enough to have Europe's First (GC43) on my doorstep at home so it was one of the first caches I found. This is now the second oldest cache I've found. Always love an ammo can! No trackables in there but I dropped two TBs. Thanks for the cache Smile
