This was part of a four-day, seven-state, geocaching/baseball-game-attending/craft-beer-tasting road trip with Alkhalikoi and Rohrerboy to get us all some new cache states and counties.
Another bucket list item checked off! Great to see how well preserved and maintained this cache is. Thanks for keeping this gem alive and thanks to my two caching buddies for bringing me along in this adventure! This find was one of the highlights of our trip.

Part of an epic, 3-day, 1,700+ mile road trip for Team R.A.T. (Rohrerboy, Alkhalikoi, and Teampipperice) across California, Nevada and a small part of Utah. We succeeded in finding a cache in every county in Nevada, which was what we set out to do; but we also all set new personal bests on day 1 by finding caches in 18 different counties.
Fun stop, almost by accident. Enjoyed browsing, and my fellow cachers bought some gear for their next great hide. Had a nice chat with the friendly owner, then we found the cache. Thanks for placing a cache here, otherwise we might have driven right passed this spot.

Rohrerboy, Alkhalikoi, and I (Team R.A.T.) were out on a 2-day, 600+ mile caching adventure through the northern Sierras. From the Bay Area to Northstar via highway 50, and from there north through Graeagle, Quincy, Chico (and Sierra Nevada Brewing Co.), and then south back home.
This cache has been high on my to-do list for years, and I was thrilled that we'd finally have an opportunity to find it on this trip. By the time we arrived, it was late and pitch black out. After some intense searching, we were beginning to worry that we might come away empty handed. But then rboy spotted it with his superhuman night-vision, and I was able to make the grab with Alki's encouragement. Fittingly, a true team effort and our last find of this amazingly fun trip.
Thank you gentlemen, for a great adventure. Look forward to our next.

Glad I bumped into nmartin by the petting zoo at GW6 today. Got to log my very first 5/5! Thanks for taking the time to show me and let me log "Keep it Moving".
