No idea on where to look and with the fact the GPS was being unreliable it would of taken me too long. Also it was raining.

Literally after giving up I saw 2 people find the cache. Thanks whoever those people where.
Searched everywhere and looked at every photo for a hint. No idea where the cache could be.
GPS was a bit goofy when I saw looking around but I eventually found it after looking at the pics.

Storm washed away the leaves covering it. Placed some sticks to make it hidden from muggles.
