Wonderful. I like your encapsulation of the information. Beautifully hidden but find-able (new word!)thanks for your hard work.
Do not understand virtuals. I am standing g at the sign with the coal Mining disasters. I don’t know what to do from here. Some great geocaches out here.

You will note that I do not have my phone in my hand. Forgive me. I can’t have my picture taken with the phone I use to geocache with.

In a roll today. Thanks for putting this in such a great viewing spot.

Had not planned to do any geocaching so did not bring my GPS. (I Know, what was I thinking?) I remembered that I could download to my phone. After downloading the app and some caches, I was ready to go! Found this fairly easily. Borrowed a pen and signed. I do hope that your cache survived the storm. Thanks for the hide!

Went out on the seventh to get a few more caches, and drop off travel bugs before heading home. It was a bit nippy for geocaching, but it was worth it. Thanks for the cache.
yessss. I have found a couple like this so far, I did enjoy it although the missing step in the stile did make it a little difficult on the way back. Getting older is not for the faint hearted. Thanks for the cache!
Little cool yesterday for the find. I went out with EustonRose for part two of geocaching. We had a good time, and found it handily. Little difficult for the getting on in years, but managed to get down by the seat of our pants. Left two Canadian travel bugs.
I don't know about the best view, but it was pretty darned good. There was a lovely half rainbow in the mist. Thanks for the cache!
This was a difficult find; it was not particularly close to coordinates which, of course, is normal with trees. There was no log, but I did put in a new piece of paper, signed. Thanks for the hide.

Out geocaching with friend who is just signing on, EastonRose's first geocache, thanks for the hide and the opportunity for some great pictures!

I found this with my friendly muggle on the 'a little out of the way' back to Darfield from Pudding Hill. Everything was good and dry. Thanks for the cache.
A friendly muggle and i were coming back from Pudding Hill to Darfield, so went a bit out of our way to find this hide and its buddy. It was a good thing I had her with me, as I just would not look where it was. My eyes kept sliding over it. Thanks for the hide.

Found this one -- went with muggle friend and had a wonderful walk. We went the long way around the hill and then up the steps. Me with the titanium in the hip, but it was good for me. Glad we caught it that day as the weather since has been less than stellar. Thanks for the cache.
turns out I can go a lot lower than I thought I could. So glad I got this on Friday as it is really wet and nasty out today. I would most likely been soaked if I had attempted this cache today! Well hidden, thanks for the hide!
As the interim Priest in Charge of the Parish of Mount Herbert, I was here for a wedding rehearsal on Friday. It became a lovely day and the rehearsal went on without a hitch. The church is beautiful and even the rain today didn't dim the beauty of the church or the happiness of the wedding party and family. I was really, really glad to have been able to grab this little cache on the sunny day though. Thanks for the hide and the info on this little gem of a church.

That was fun have gone after a couple times and much appreciated help from a little bird, or a helpful kitty. One more toward my hundred in New Zealand this trip.

This was not so easy a couple of years ago when I was last in New Zealand. Delighted to find it this time. Cache was dry and in good shape, but pencil or other implement with which to write one's name is long gone. I walked to the jetty in Governor's Bay after, in celebration. Thanks for the cache.
I have been searching for this for about four weeks now. Saturday, in spite of being market day, I finally had the opportunity to have a good look before the muggles alit. Again, no joy. I am only here for another month or so, meaning that I won't be able to get to Lyttleton more than a couple times again. Keep hoping to find it!

Found this one handily. a lovely stop and grab for the last cache of the day. My caching pal and I were smiling about how we had seemed to be following another group around. Thanks for the hide.
Got skunked on this one. The smell was kinda awful and I didn't feel like pawing through the stuff. But have enjoyed finding some of your other caches and will keep on trying. Thanks again.
Got this one after having pie and chips followed by a coffee mocha at town pub. Needed the walk to get rid of the lovely calories. Cache was in good shape, thanks for the hide.
Found this after a really long search. The cache was completely opposite to where my gps was actually pointing. I suspect it was the tree canopy. I have been to this site before, just after the earthquake that did so much damage. Had the pleasure of preaching in the church across the road that is the worship site for this congregation. Thanks for the hide.
Visiting Darfield from Canada via Diamond Harbour, and decided to go with a pal to find some caches. Did a couple before lunch and a couple after to make it a very pleasant afternoon. Thanks for the hide, but sadly the volunteer patch was missing out of the box. sad.
After having a severe accident several years ago this kind of cache leaves me more than a little weak kneed. But i did get within a few feet of it and my muggle caching buddy retrieved the container. I did see it and she signed for me. Getting back down to the car was a little slow, but I did it!!! Thanks for the hide. Looks like a great walk for a mountain goat.

I enjoyed finding this along with the backstory you put into it. Thanks for the cache.
have been skunked by two of your caches. Not your fault, but some of the bridges look a little intimidating for someone who has been known to topple. However, this was a terribly fun cache and easy to get to. I really enjoyed those big boots--a surprise!
Delightful stop and grab. Went well past the cache for safety's sake. Good work with the "containers". Thanks for the hide.
Glad to find this. On my first visit to New Zealand in October 201, our host took us round to this abrupt bend in the road. Thank you very much for bringing back that memory.
so sad. found the palm tree. It was quite the size--a lot better shape than some I have seen in Mexico or the Dominican Republic. Sorry that I was unable to find the cache though. Went directly to sitting down area, but no joy. Thanks for the side trip.
Not what I expected, but a very quick park and grab. Lots of room to pull over and get out of car safely. Thanks for the cache.
That is the best hide I have experienced in a while. When I get back to Petrolia, Ontario I am going to make one for our treasured library. The staff were very friendly and appropriately coy about the hide. Thanks for the cache.

Tried to catch a few quick 'caches on route to town today. Got skunked a couple of times but glad to grab this one quickly. thanks for the cache.

thanks for the ingenious hide. Of course, had to get at it by bending. Was not afraid of muggles, checked first. Anyone who drove by while i was finding it would probably look away really, really quickly. Fun.
Thanks for putting the cache in this lovely setting. As interim priest in charge, I was very glad to find something that would bring the folks out to church! Enjoyed the stroll that I don't generally have time for on a Sunday morning.
That was a cute hide. I would have been lost, though, had it not been for the 'geotrail' to help me out. Thanks for the cache!
found this while doing some 'caching' en route to St. Andrew's Little River. I love to find geocaches in church yards and cemeteries. They are beautiful spots to visit and reflect. As priest in charge of the Anglican Parish of Mt. Herbert, of which this church is a partner, it is great to know that someone is getting the folks out to church. As I am not going to be here long enough to set out and maintain geocaches in this area it would be great to have the other five churches with caches as well. You have one at the Church of the Epiphany. Thanks for all the work you put in to hiding and maintaining these caches!
