I was heading home from a few days in Hobart and finding caches in the HEC Series and this was on my list. After a little confusion on how to acces the GZ I manage a quick find. Thank you for bringing me here to this area I have never previously visited.

I was up early for a trip to Tarraleah. The main reason for the trip was planting some new caches in the area where I had traveled with my father as a child (He was working for the HEC). Unfortunately, didn't finish the job and another trip will be required to get the whole series out
Called by this cache while in the area. Was going in here anyway, and placed a new cache amount 800 metres from this one

Decided to go in search of caches to get more ammo for the battleship game. Left home at 9.30 am and returned at 6.30 pm covering 400 kms and this one was on the list and found. A cold day at Wentworth Canal . Terrain needs to be increased as cache is not wheelchair accessible. A quick find and a great spot for a cache.TFTC

After spending some time researching unfound GA caches we decided to do a loop through the central highlands to Hamilton and back to collect a few physical caches towards the final GA 2020 Game. We have managed to qualify for each game so far being lucky enough to score 3 pathtags and a badge so today was the day to boost our GA finds for December. This was the first cache on our list.
We hadn't been in to this area before ans we thoroughly enjoyed this quiet place. The dam is certainly an interesting construction. Good coordinates led to a quick find of a well hidden cache. Unfortunately water had got into the container and the log sheet was very damp. We emptied out the water and dried the container before putting everything back in place.
Thanks for this cache Hilberts. We certainly would not have found this spot if it had not been for your cache.

Learning from the last one I drove out to this one without any problems and discovered this little bit of hidden engineering, the cache was a quick find and we had a quick look round before heading off to continue our trip round Tassie.
Thanks for the cache.

"Hello Hilberts thank you for the cache.
After finding you other cache I drove along the track following the canal to this dam.
I was amassed to find such a lovely dam I would love to be here when it is spilling.
I read the hint first off and made a quick find.
As the log book was empty I'm claiming a *FTF*.
This is the type of cache I like ones that take me to somewhere out of the way.
