I have no F*ing clue why this isn't working on my phone anymore. I'm guessing other apps using NFC like banks is interfering with it.
Will check on nfc tag and test it. Using your phone to pay for stuff appears to block the tag.
I just stopped to try this again and couldn't get it to work. maybe it's because of my phone past pass thing too. I'll have to look into it more.
After a trip to Ballina today, we decided to take the scenic route home and called past Tintenbar. This cache may have had a reasonably big influence on the decision to make the detour.
We found what we needed to find at the initial waypoint, but my phone couldn't detect anything - but it does that frequently - I think one of the bank payment apps interferes with it's NFC abilities. Mis4tune's phone quickly read the information required, and we soon knew where we had to be. We drove up the aptly named road and made a quick find. Great cache, and some cracking views up here too. I appreciate being taken somewhere new in the local area. Great cache No_Tomorrow! We loved it!

Fun fact:
In June 1988, as part of Australia's bicentenary celebrations, the world's longest line of fires were created when beacons were ignited across the country.
Were you around then? Do you remember this?
