Description
The BINGO RACE is about to start!
During this race, many of the forms of transport are going to have a bingle or two.
When you come across one of these "accidents" and the cache needs repair, please repair the damge.
To claim a find on this locationless, post two photos and the following information:
1. The "TRANSPORTATION" with its bingle (photo 1);
2. The "TRANSPORTATION" after the "panel beating" is done (photo 2);
3. Give the GA Number and name of the GA Cache;
4. Co-ordinates of the "Garage."
A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A SAFE, HAPPY NEW YEAR to you all.
Cheers OldSaint.

I found GA4729 Demon Despatch Rider last week and he was not in good shape. I collected all the bits I could find and yesterday I bought some glue and put him back together.
GA4961 - Santa's travels
When I got Santa home and opened him up to sign the log I found that the wood had swelled and couldn't be re-closed. After a good drying out it took a bit of sanding til I could get him all assembled again.
Thanks OldSaint for the smiley.

GA5181 - Little Mikes BINGO Hamlet
When I found this cache last week the log container was detached from the helmet and open. I found all the bits and took home for repairs. The log container had a couple of small holes in it so it looks like it was attacked by a dog.
I dried out the log, taped up the container and stuck the continer back in with some silicone.
Thanks OldSaint for the smiley.

"Go Santa Go" GA4861 was not going anywhere when he arrived at the Clwydd hospital, half of his team had been the victims of an unfortunate accident.
But after some surgery Santa is now back to full glory, mind you he does not seem all that keen in returning to the North Pole.

Poor little "Aerohog" GA4859 has lost his flying partner and is now only a "Ground Hog". Fortunately he has made his way to the Clwydd hospital where the unfortunate accident can be fixed.
He is now back to full glory.

Glad i had found GA4824 - Blue Racer before, as i took one look at it, and noticed something was wrong..the angel had fallen off her sleigh, and was sitting in the dirt!!
And with closer inspection, one of her wings looked very brittle. Poor thing survived a storm last night which the rain probably made it worse.
Had a date with a hot glue gun. Seems to be in high spirits now.

GA4799 - Red, The Fire Engine....came to me with his back bumper almost broken off. A bit of green electrical tape (so now he is both a little red and green) and hopefully all should be good.
Thanks for the (Bingo) locationless....

"Thomas - GA4886"
Glue that was holding the cache to the host was not holding and cache was coming off.
Re-glued container to host.
Thanks Oldsaint!

Oops, well I made a big boo-boo this race and lost my first ever moveable (GA5295 "Bluey In Noisy Gears Outside - B.I.N.G.O") between caches... As I was responsible for it's loss I replaced it with the nearest matching vehicle I could find to get it back in the race ASAP (will be hidden today where it was last seen).
Two photos - first is a lousy quality one from a photo of the collection I'd accumulated the night before of the original B.I.N.G.O., the second my quickly knocked up replacement for it.

It was broke like that when I got it!
Really.
I found Little Lost Princess [GA4764] and it had a flat tyre.
The tube was shattered so I bought a new one.
Nothing is easy with this princess. No quick release hubs here. I don't think that it was anticipated that any one would ever maintain the Princess. To get the back wheel off: loosen the rear hub nuts, and the locking nuts (you wouldn't want the rear wheel to slip under the incredible torque of the pink clad rider).
Then separate the chain guard into two components and untangle the outer section from the crank. Before the wheel can come off the chain has to come off. The Princess is after all a fixty with rear drop-outs. Before the chain can come off the remaining chain guard has to come off. The remaining chain guard is part of the bottom bracket assembly and I am not going there. Resort to force instead, chain guard gives way and chain comes free.
OK - so the tube went in. The tyre rim combination is not great though. The tube will blow off the rim at 20psi let alone the 40psi marked on the tube.
Just be careful at speed.

Had to back track to last hide to locate a missing gnome after checking with previous hider to see if it had been hidden intact. Took to my work "garage" to do a quick repair before hiding after work.

When we found "Thomas - GA4886", it glue that was holding the container was coming off, a few hours later, the container had come of all together, as it wasn't sticking to the glue. So we simply used a few dots of super glue and left it overnight. The cache should survive for a while now. Photos attached.
Nice idea for a cache. Thanks Oldsaint!

Poor Murpale Magic (GA5003) required emergency surgery following a reverse prolapse of the bison tube.
Patient was admitted to the garage's veterinary wing. Surgeons removed the internalized tube, cleaning the appendage and surrounds before using surgical glue to reinsert the tube in the correct position.
Patient is resting comfortably and is expected to make a full recovery.

After we had collected GA5108 Escateism from its hide we noticed that the skateboard was missing a pair of wheels. We don't know if it entered the game without the wheels or lost them intransit. However it was obvious that it would not be going far very quickly without four wheels. We managed to find a set of replacement wheels even though they are smaller and of different colour. However Escateism is now up and rolling again. The photo added to the Gallery shows four images of the start to the end of the repairs.
After a quick drive to "Grey and Misty" GA5215 - "Froggy Flier" by DDTs had lost its passenger.
OldSaint put him back where he belonged.
Cheers OldSaint.
