While staying in the area, we love caching around Dubbo, we tried to find this cache, but no luck.
We searched here after enjoying a delicious lunch and wine tasting at the nearby Red Earth Winery.

Day 4 of our journey to Alexandra. Left Nanango Qld on Monday and stayed overnight in Moree. Left Moree early on Tuesday arrived in Dubbo Wednesday and now it is Thursday and we are staying in Dubbo till Friday. Next on the list after finding the one up near the car park and facilities. Parked at the start of the tracks. A good short walk to GZ. TFTC No_Tomorrow.

We went for an early morning caching loop around the zoo and this was the first one on our target list.

Did nearby cache check so thought I'd check on this one too. Still in place, and a place well worth a visit. So peaceful down here.
Another great GCA hide in Dubbo and again a second to find after another Tassie caching couple. It's a pity that the GCA caches aren't supported very well, especially when they are of as high a standard as this one.
Thanks and enjoyed the short walk to this one. Did notice that all others in the area at the time were cycling.

Staying in Dubbo for a couple of days on our way to the Event in Alice Springs.
Enjoyed the walk to GZ and made a quick find - finding a blank log we will claim [*FTF*] @ 14.00 hrs.

This may have become a T5. Not really - the area is just flooded and geocache probably washed away. River is about to go over the Serisier Bridge. See photo.
Roads close to the river are blocked and it is advised not to enter the area tonight, Saturday 03/09/16.
